My purpose has been rediscovered late in life. It needed knock-outs on a personal and a professional level in order for me to grow and sharpen my outlook on life. During a time in my life where I needed help the most, I had no-one who supported me along the way. This gave me the reason to change that. No one should experience that feeling being powerless and at the same time having nobody to turn to. I have grown from my pain, suffering and have been studying all fields of personal growth to gain a holistic approach on transformation and change. Being a change manager, consultant, executive coach and trainer for many years I always try to embody my own personal experience to transcend my participants consciousness to a more purposeful and impactful level. I lead by heart and conscious mind and like to be a sparring partner for people that have the will to change their lives, find their vision and purpose and become a better version of themselves.
